All heifers are broke to tie and lead. All cattle will sell as is, based on disposition. The seller retains the right to (2) IVF cycles on each female selling in this sale and at least 6 transferrable embryos per cycle, at the sellers expense and buyers convenience. We reserve the right to refuse any offers.

Buyer is responsible for delivery, shipping and health requirement charges, on all lots. We will be glad to assist however we can, but reasonable. Cattle must be picked up within 14 days of sale day. Animals will not be released until payment has been made and confirmed.
